The HR team has several functions: recruitment, overseeing our corporate university, general business administration, managing compensation & benefits programs. The team also serves as employer brand managers, business and people partners, and internal events managers.

The primary tasks of the HR team are:

  • Recruitment
  • Managing the referral program
  • Onboarding and offboarding, training and development of employees
  • Collaborating with Parimatch Tech, performance, and salary reviews
  • Automating of HR-processes

Another significant part of HR activity is events. The team organizes educational, sports, entertaining, relaxing events, and, of course, legendary corporate parties — PM Summer Camp and Winter PM Night.

The team’s business value

HR is a group of people acting for people and has a significant impact on the business. The team influences company strategy and provides other teams with great expertise and relevant work skills. It also minimizes staff turnover, scales the company, saves time and budget by automating processes.
