The big HR team comprises several functions: recruitment, overseeing our corporate university, general business administration, managing compensation & benefits programs. The team also serves as employer brand managers, business and people partners, and internal events managers.
The team handles:
- Search and hunting the best employees
- Managing the referral programs
- Onboarding and offboarding, training and development of employees
- Development of the Parimatch Tech employer brand
- Performance and salary reviews
- Automating of HR-processes
Another significant part of HR activity is events. The team organizes educational, sports, entertaining, relaxing events, and, of course, legendary corporate parties — PM Summer Camp and Winter PM Night.
