The big HR team has a number of functions: recruitment, overseeing our corporate university, general business administration, managing the compensation & benefits programs. The team also serves as employer brand managers, business and people partners, and internal events managers.
The team handles:
- Headhunting the best employees
- Managing referral programs
- The onboarding, offboarding, training, and development of employees
- Development of the Parimatch Tech employer brand
- Performance and salary reviews
- Automating HR processes
Another significant part of HR activity is events. The team organizes educational, sporting, entertaining, and relaxing events, and, of course, legendary corporate parties – PM Summer Camp and Winter PM Night.
