HQ CRM operations/managers team is involved in monitoring and influencing the following metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, conversion rate (campaign activation), and the number of active players in campaigns.
The functions of the team include:
- planning of retention activities across different regions
- development of new HQ mechanics and their testing
- development of ideas for large-scale events, their launch and support
- supervising regional managers to set up and launch communications, promotions, and game activities
