Essential professional experience:
— 1+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing experience;
— 1+ years of experience with CRM systems;
— Understanding of key CRM metrics: TG/CG, ARPU, CLM, ROI, Customer Journey, Channels performance;
— Experience with cross-channel marketing;
— Upper-Intermediate English level;
— Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other teams;
— Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions;
— Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
— Analytical skills, ability to structure information.
