As account manager for Billing team, your responsibilities will managing of cooperation with payment providers. This is a “farmer” role, you will be responsible for support of existing partners, which are PSPs and Banks.
We invite those who fired up to:
— Communicate directly with partners to solve the upcoming issues, answer and ask questions and support requests;
— Work closely with internal business development/account manager, technical, operations and anti-fraud teams to solve daily routine issues;
— Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal teams (including risk, compliance, product, finance and treasury) on maintain and improve the partnership;
— Act as a key contact for designated partners;
— Responsible for coordination and monitoring of the cooperation with the partner.
Essential professional experience:
— Understanding of e-commerce and technical side of payment processing;
— Relevant work experience in the financial services industry;
— Ability to keep long-term relationships with partners and resolve routine issues staying in a close communication;
— Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teams;
— Experience in working with partners from abroad;
— Excellent communicative skills;
— Upper Intermediate English is a must.
