  • Create office administrative standards and procedures and translate them to our global locations;
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space;
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in administrative budget preparation;
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons in all our locations;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors;
  • Organize and supervise other office activities;
  • Ensure operations adhere to local policies and regulations;
  • Manage staff travel coordination and expenses;
  • Corporate events management and coordination;
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments;
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years experience working in a similar position, preferably with online/IT companies;
  • Spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level or above);
  • Budget management experience.
