  • Develop content strategies that are based on the company’s goals and brand vision;
  • Build and manage a content team consisting of writers, editors, translators, and others (freelance and/or in-house specialists);
  • Organize timely production of high-quality content for Brand, PR, SMM, CRM, affiliate, media buying and other marketing needs;
  • Oversee the quality of texts prepared for graphic and video assets;
  • Arrange high-quality translations to multiple languages, including local languages of Asian and African countries;
  • Manage website localization for the new regions of the company’s operation;
  • Collaborate with the SEO team, which is producing SEO-oriented content;
  • Ensure compliance with the legal requirements in the countries of the company’s operation;
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels;
  • Manage budgeting of content activities and provide accurate reporting.

Essential professional experience:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience (digital marketing / content management / copywriting / editing);
  • Experience in managing internal and/or external teams of content professionals;
  • Experience in working with content management systems, Google Workspace;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML;
  • Advanced/Proficient English
  • Readiness to process content in languages other than English.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Knowledge of betting/gambling industry;
  • Basic understanding of SEO;
  • Experience in working with task management systems (JIRA, Asana, Notion, etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong teamwork and self-management qualities.
