  • Report directly to Head of Customer Support;

  • Provide assistance in building operational processes.

Essential professional experience:

  • Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
  • Confident user of Excel, Google Sheets;
  • Basic skills in working with CRM systems.
