We invite those who fired up to:

  • Lead the CRM team, and ensuring the department has the right expertise, guidance, and support to be able to achieve its goals;
  • Define and implement localised CRM strategies across key territories;
  • Deliver campaign roadmaps according to standard and in a timely manner;
  • Oversee the application and quality of all customer promotions and marketing communications across multiple channels;
  • Present and report key insights of CRM activities and the progression of KPIs;
  • Share results and learn across the wider business;
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to agree on plans and prioritise customer experience touch points;
  • Promote a data-driven culture within the team;
  • Adopt a robust test and learn approach to CRM, and ensuring that all learnings are captured and applied to future campaigns;
  • Ensure CRM initiatives meet the local regulatory and advertising standards, whilst maintaining an in-depth knowledge of licensing frameworks;
  • Monitor current industry and marketing trends, new technology solutions, and commercial opportunities, presenting them into workable solutions which drive growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Benchmark customer offerings and communications within each territory against local competitors;
  • Keep up-to-date with product developments completed in-house or through third-party suppliers, build CRM support plans around key launches.

Essential professional experience: 

  • Extensive CRM experience in Online Gaming;
  • Experienced people manager with a strong track record of leading diverse teams;
  • Experience in collaborating and developing strong relationships with internal and external contacts;
  •  Data literate with strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry KPIs;
  • Experience in creating, delivering, and reporting on successful CRM roadmaps.
