PMI is a service company, engaged in the development and implementation of the expansion strategy for Parimatch brand in the markets of Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The company provides tech, marketing and communications services for partners in the betting and gambling industry.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Plan and perform of esports sponsorship strategy to drive brand awareness;
  • Develop the partnership marketing calendar and event calendar roadmap and ensure sponsorship campaigns are executed on time to meet marketing goals;
  • Manage execution of projects and campaigns (from brief to post evaluation) and identity future opportunities to continuously improve campaign effectiveness;
  • Work cross functionally with Social, PR, Product, Brand, to drive influencer/esports activations traffic to brand website;
  • Analyze ROI and develop comprehensive reporting to share impact of gaming sponsorships;
  • Perform analysis on the rapidly evolving esports competitive marketing, providing insights into the FPS games, esports viewership, business opportunities;
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners and search for new e-sport sponsorship opportunities.

Essential professional experience:

  • 5+ years of Esports experience, with an emphasis on content sponsorship and integration;
  • Knowledge of the broader Gaming and Esports space, including tournaments, live events, Esports personalities and organizations;
  • The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities;
  • Strong relationships with Esports advertising community;
  • Experience in e-sport sponsorship deals signing and execution;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (English Upper-Intermediate+, Portuguese is a plus);
  • Strong analytical skills.
