Your challenges:

Responsible for creation, implementation and success measurement of: comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations campaigns related to Employer Brand;
Employer Brand related marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials;
Responsible for design, production and distribution of Parimatch Tech publications;
Coordination of Company’s printing and digital materials;
Counselling on marketing, communications and public relations;
Ensuring that Parimatch Tech regularly conducts Employer Brand related market research;
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events;
Planning and budgeting;
Responsible for the achievement of recruitment/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives;
Ensures that evaluation systems related to these goals and objectives are in place and reports the progress to HRD;
Develops short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications/ public relations campaigns and related activities, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance;
Suggests short- and long-term goals and objectives to HRD;
Develops, implements and monitors systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the communications and public relations;
Stays up-to-date with the trends of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance,  to help Parimatch Tech operate in an innovative way.

Essential professional experience:

Experience in communications (internal or external), employer branding or marketing;
— Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations;
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities;
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills;
Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel;
Demonstrated successful experience in writing press releases, creating presentations and negotiating with media;
Experience in overseeing the design and production of printing materials and publications;
Computer literacy in the word processing and database management;
Commitment to work with the shared leadership and in the cross-functional teams;
Strong oral and written communications skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
English level: Advanced.
