- Develop and lead offline acquisition marketing strategy;
- Manage the process of media buying in TV, Radio and OOH together with the team of offline media buying;
- Set annual, quarterly and monthly plans;
- Manage and mentor offline acquisition team;
- Negotiate with partners regarding placement positions, budgets and prices;
- Build strategic relationships with every partner;
- Monitor the effectiveness of media buying and actual execution;
- Make analysis of each offline acquisition channel;
- Provide market and category analysis in offline media;
- Align the media mix with other acquisition channels.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in offline media;
- Working experience in an agency (preferable);
- Minimum 2 years of experience of managing a team;
- Strong skills in offline media analytics;
- Strong negotiation skills.
