  • Analyse and report on VIP activity;
  • Managing a team of VIP managers;
  • Take responsibility for VIP gifts and events;
  • Assist with the acquisition of new VIPs;
  • Analyse, pro-actively anticipate VIP needs and identify new opportunities;
  • Create an enhanced, proactive service for VIP members and as a result create and encourage loyalty and increase customer satisfaction levels;
  • Deal with escalated issues/queries for VIPs, source solutions to ensure effective resolution and proactively offer advice;
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with VIP players, developing them through regular one to one (correspondence by email, telephone, live chat, post and face to face is necessary);
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Keep up to date with any significant industry changes that may affect the VIP accounts;
  • Manage the VIP P&L;
  • Manage a remote team of VIP managers.

Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in the online gaming industry as VIP manager or equivalent;
  • 2+ years of experience as VIP manager or equivalent;
  • Advanced English is a must.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build  long-lasting relationship;
  • Excellent negotiation skills, coupled with keen commercial awareness;
  • Team player;
  • The ability to empathise while understanding different behaviour preferences is a must;
