We invite those who fired up to:

  • Install, maintain and update workstations for our users and be their first point of contact for all IT-related issues or queries;

  • Provide Enterprise office infrastructure support;

  • Provide monitoring and availability of hardware at the IT Stock;

  • Proceed with user Onboarding and further work-cycle procedures for employee.

Essential professional experience:

  • System administrator with proven Office Infrastructure hands on experience (1+ year);

  • Desktop OS administration, hardware;

  • Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows server (AD, Print Services);

  • MacOS: Client OS support;

  • Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI;

  • General tags: JAMF, SCCM, Crowdstrike, Jira, Confluence, Acronis, software/hardware troubleshooting, Slack, G-Suite, Lansweeper;

  • Basic Linux knowledge;

  • Customer oriented person;

  • Oral and written literacy.

Desirable skills:

  • Intermediate English or higher.
