  • Data filling and quality control (all system fields completed correctly, required documents are checked);
  • HR business flows starting in the system (hiring, transfer, termination) and flow stages controlling;
  • Maintaining of the organizational structure (actuality control, organizational changes data upload);
  • HR policies updating.

Essential professional experience:

  • at least 1 year on the position of HR Administrator/HR Specialist;
  • English – intermediate;
  • Experience with HR systems.
