  • Work with internal HR systems – check all system fields completed correctly, control the quality of data, required documents are uploaded;
  • Process HR business flows in the system (hiring, transfer, termination), flow stages control;
  • Maintenance of the organizational structure (actuality control, organizational changes data upload);
  • Update of HR policies.

Essential professional experience:

  • At least one year of experience in the position of HR Administrator/HR specialist;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Experience with HR systems;
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • Thinking with an analytical mind with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Flexible approach to work in a dynamic environment.
