— Plan the headcount and budget the staff cost, quarterly;
— Analyze the staff cost on monthly basis;
— Collaborate with Finance department, processes effectiveness analysis and optimization;
— Be responsible for the financial modelling and effectiveness assessment for HR projects;
— Develop the HR analytics through the collaboration with all HR functions to identify business needs in analytics;
— Define key HR metrics and indicators;
— Organize data collection and standardization;
— Build interactive dashboards for HR data visualization and analysis.

Essential professional experience:

— 2+ years of experience in HR or Finance analytics, preferably in an international company;
— Experience with R/Python/Tableau/Power BI;
— Intermediate+ level of English;
— Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
