The HR Operations Director is both strategic and hands on role leading and facilitating the planning and execution of multiple HR functions. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this role will directly manage the CnB team, HR Admin team, reporting and analytics, and the HR operations function. It is the heart of the organization, which keeps everything in order and making sure things works properly.
 
The important part of the role is to establish proper HR operations in new regions that we launch and make sure we can properly hire, make payments, have competitive benefits on the new markets.
 
It is also important to establish and support cooperation with Remote employees all over the world.
 
In addition, this leader will closely work with HRIS automation team so we have the metrics and information to make decisions to effectively attract, align, develop and retain our talent. The HR Operations Director has experience in designing efficient HR processes and operations and a talent for analyzing complex data and telling the business story as well as solving problems through the data.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Managing teams with different expertise (CnB, HR Admin, Analytics, HR budgeting), this role will oversee the design, delivery, and administration of our HRIS system data;
  • Proactively partnering with the HR Applications team to support HRIS, ATS and LMS configuration, upgrades, and business initiatives;
  • Budgeting process and communicating with the stakeholders. Offering and implementing improvements to budgeting process;
  • Supporting HR Business Partners and driving the data for all HR planning cycles;
  • Managing the CnB team and overseeing the CnB function with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and compliance, working closely with payroll team;
  • Inputting, implementing, and identificating of problem areas for all HR transactions and servicing delivery processes and recommending solutions;
  • Ensuring that all Company related administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with relevant local, state, federal and provincial regulations for Benefits, HR Recordkeeping and audits and compliance;
  • Process improving, including evaluating existing systems and procedures, providing recommendations for changes and improvements, and implementing changes;
  • Consulting to determine user needs, reporting requirements, and areas where procedures need streamlining in a high-growth environment;
  • Overseeing analysis of Human Capital data and developing presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends, and variances;
  • Overseeing upgrades and updating planning for HRIS and using thorough testing practices to ensure that upgrades run seamlessly;
  • Serving as the project leader for all new projects involving HR data and system changes.

Essential professional experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional HR experience including 3-5 years working on and preferably managing complex programs and projects with HR scope;
  • 5+ years of advanced experience in HRIS/HR analytics;
  • Strong project management skills; the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results;
  • Consultative skills; the ability to build strong partnerships and to influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively;
  • Skills in cross-functional stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of an organization;
  • Demonstrated experience providing analysis from disparate systems and providing concise and meaningful stories through the data;
  • Experience with multiple HRIS or HCM systems including ATS, Performance Management, LMS and payroll modules to manage employee’s and company sensitive information;
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients. Be the “go-to” person and trusted support;
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a professional environment;
  • Lead process improvements and systems changes. Knack for questioning “why” and influencing others on better solutions;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to align with particular deadlines;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and independently, yet work collaboratively within a team environment and having fun while working smart;
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll and an HRIS or HCM systems as a super-user. Able to manage systems and extract and present data and analysis to solve complex business problems;
  • Experience with 1C system;
  • Strong knowledge within Microsoft Office, including deep expertise within Excel.
