We invite those who fired up to: 

  • Develop and execute global internal communication strategy;
  • Set clear metrics to measure strategy’s success on a regular basis;
  • Decide on communication channels and introduce best communication practices;
  • Create engaging text, image and video content for publications;
  • Build relationships with HR team and managers to plan necessary communication activities;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and be the driver of new communication solutions/platforms;
  • Align all Company’s locations by promoting corporate culture and values through communication.

Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of work experience on a similar role;
  • Proven record of successful communication initiatives;
  • Experience planning and leading internal communication strategy;
  • Deep understanding of communication trends, channels and metrics;
  • Strong writing skills and eye for design;
  • Excellent command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate level).

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to build relationships both in-person and virtually;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills;
  • Proactivity and ability to take ownership;
  • Experience working in an international environment will be a great advantage.
