  • Organizational support for PMI Legal (supporting senior teammates with signing of contracts; handling registers of contracts, companies, etc; maintaining corporate and related documentation on cloud storage);

  • Supporting activities of the group’s companies in different regions, including incensing and other regulatory matters (Asia, Africa, LatAm, etc.);

  • Support for corporate, contractual and intellectual property matters.

Essential professional experience:

  • Experience in consulting as a corporate/M&A, or contractual, or regulatory lawyer or in a group of companies as a lawyer dealing with corporate/M&A/contractual/regulatory at least 2 years;

  • Knowledge of international corporate, commercial and contractual law;

  • Experience in international companies or abroad;

  • Fluent command of the English language both written and oral (with knowledge and understanding of legal English).

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Initiative, proactive, responsible person;
