Essential professional experience:
— Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Support Team Lead (preferable in IT company);
— Experience in managing team which support 1000+ users;
—Strong technical knowledge in next domains: Windows AD services, client Windows OS, macOS, network, basic security practices, and experience with implementing and administration corporate IT tools;
— Basic ITIL and Agile methodology;
— Be able to work under pressure, multitasking;
— Experience with VIP customers support;
— Experience with remote customers support;
— Great leadership, organizational and time-management skills;
— Proper written and oral skills(Ukrainian, Russian, English).
