Main Responsibilities

  • Filing of all corporate/accounting/banking documents of the company
  • Daily reconciliation all bank transactions and balances
  • Recording, controlling of the cash transactions
  • Formation of payment requests and payment orders
  • Accounts receivable and payable reconciliation
  • Communication with contractors, contractor’s payment schedule management
  • Monitoring the status and timeliness of payment
  • Communication and provide assistance to other team members as requested
  • Assist with the annual audit of the company
  • Assist with performance of the budget
  • Assistance in administration tasks if required




  • University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance
  • Relevant experience 1-3 years
  • Fluent in Russian and English languages (Greek will be considered as advantage)
  • High attention to details, responsible, organized, positive, team-oriented and all can do attitude.
  • Professional treatment of confidential information
  • Computer literate, 1C knowledge is a plus
