We invite those who fired up to:

  • Providing hardware and software support to end users on computers, mobile devices;
  • Troubleshooting Mac, Windows software and hardware for end users through service desk requests;
  • Configuring MDM, email, VPN, and internet access for users;
  • Providing Network troubleshooting for network connectivity issues, including digital authentication, remote access, secure Wi-Fi and wired connectivity to the internal network;
  • Meeting SLA like response and resolution times by partnering within L1, L2 and L3 Support lines.

 

Essential professional experience:

  • Service Desk or HelpDesk Engineer with proven hands-on experience (1+ year);
  • Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10/11), Windows server (AD);
  • macOS: Client OS support;
  • Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI;
  • General tags: Windows, macOS, software/hardware troubleshooting, Slack, G Suite, Active Directory, TCP/IP, VPN;
  • Basic Linux knowledge;
  • Customer-oriented person;
  • Oral and written literacy.

 

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Intermediate English or higher.
