We invite those who fired up to:

  • Performing research, data collection, analysis of legal matters and providing clear and practically oriented advice;
  • Performing legal risk assessment;
  • Solving various legal problems and issues that business faces in its day-to-day operations in various jurisdictions;
  • Processing players complaints;
  • Supporting senior team/ participating in resolving disputes in various jurisdictions;
  • Preparing of documents for judicial and extrajudicial proceedings of disputes;
  • Participating in court hearings;
  • Cooperating with external legal counsels on matters related to foreign law;
  • Working with contracts;
  • Ad hoc legal researching and internal advising upon business needs.

 

Essential professional experience:

  • Leading Ukrainian university degree in Law;
  • LLM with a foreign law school is a plus;
  • Professional experience in dispute resolution and compliance 4+ years;
  • Work experience in international holdings and/or top-ranked law firms is a plus;
  • Understanding of main principles of contracting process;
  • Good research skills;
  • Attorney License is a plus;
  • Fluency in English, Ukrainian, russian is a must;
  • Good presentation, communication, analytical and legal writing skills;
  • Commercially practicable approach to legal tasks;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform to a high level of quality and responsibility at all times;
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload even when under pressure.
