— Work with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience, set the learning objectives appropriate to the audience needs;
— Create appropriate content, activities in line with learning objectives;
— Work with designers, multimedia developers to ensure engaging visual content and storyboards;
— Develop proposals to measure course, content effectiveness;
— Develop and organize effective training manuals and other educational materials;
— Evaluate courses and activities to define their effectiveness, make needed re-design;
— Evaluate existing LMS/ LXM tools, implement new solutions.
Essential professional experience:
— 3+ years of experience in creating learning content;
— Knowledge of design methodologies (ex., design thinking, interactive learning experiences), adults learning theory and principles, assessing learning and program impact;
— Good written and spoken English;
— Ability to work in dynamic environment;
— Ability to manage multiple projects.
