We invite those who fired up to:
Develop, implement and manage end-to-end campaign roadmap for customer Lifecycle journey;
Campaign management for entire Customer Lifecycle stages / touch points across all communication channels via email, SMS, WhatsApp, telegram etc;
Regular analysis on reports & efficacy of all the campaigns and continuous optimization for better business ROI;
Identify campaign opportunities within business objectives and deliver plans to achieve the same;
Analyze the results for respective stakeholder reporting along with key learnings and best practices;
Devise campaign brief including promotional message copy, emailer creative & business objective for cross functional teams / departments for operations;
Liaise with customer service & operational teams for campaign feedback, improvement & roadmap;
Coordination with other departments, vendors & agencies (including creative, acquisition, conversion, telesales, customer service & product development teams) for smooth rollout of campaigns.
Essential professional experience:
7+ years of professional work experience;
Higher Education or MBA in Marketing or other relevant streams;
Proven work experience as an LCM / CRM Manager or a similar role in igaming industry;
Knowledge of curating offers in igaming which are lucrative for customer and profitable for the company;
Hands-on experience of CRM tools like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc.;
Experience with running and optimizing communication campaigns;
Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;
Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheet, PPT;
Excellent verbal communication.
