— Collect, analyze and control over the realization of monthly media plans of the department (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Event, etc.);
— Monitor the status of implementation of plans fix deviations and reasons;
— Participation in modification of the media plans according to the situations or strategy;
— Analysis and report on the implementation of media plans (based on the accepted marketing strategy in the context of the period or advertising campaign);
— Control over the conformity of budgets with media plans and the accepted marketing strategy.
Essential professional and personal skills:
— Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field;
— Strong presentation and data visualization skills;
— Extremely organized and process-oriented with the ability to pivot when needed;
— Ability to contextualize and consolidate notes from various stakeholders into actionable feedback;
— Excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong working relationships with an ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams;
— Can prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change the course of action quickly;
— Passionate about their work and approaches challenges with a positive and solution-oriented attitude;
— Strategic thinker who is always pushing the needs of the business forward.
