We invite those who fired up to:

  • Work with the marketing director to define marketing strategy designed to win;
  • Oversee the activities of the marketing team and standardizing operational cadence;
  • Be responsible for overall marketing performance and ROI;
  • Execute market research, trends, competitor analysis in collaboration with brand, social media, creative and digital teams;
  • Supervise the development and execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Forecast and budget management;
  • Set KPIs, monitor, and report;
  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings and periodic highlights to the executive team;
  • Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies and subsequently manage the relationship with the goal of ensuring compliance and delivery of marketing goals;
  • Write and deliver marketing plans and deliverables;
  • Look after the budget of the marketing department and make sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment;
  • Manage the design, production and distribution of brand materials;
  • Coordinate events, experiential marketing and activation programs;
  • Develop and execute the engagement, conversion and promotion strategy for different marketing channels in collaboration with the unit leads (digital, social media);
  • Oversee media planning, scheduling and execution;
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets;
  • Review sponsorship and partnership opportunities and define measurements of success.

Essential professional experience:

  • 5 years + proven work experience in relevant marketing roles;
  • In-depth understanding of brand marketing and management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven experience developing successful marketing plans and campaigns;
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity;
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools;
  • Proficiency with digital and social media strategy (preferred).
