– Supporting contractors and local office and ensure that they spend stick to the budget and achieve KPIs;
– Media buying through DSPs, ad exchanges, PMPs, direct deals on our key markets (Asia, LATAM, Africa) for awareness and performance;
– Setting and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns (inhouse + 3thd party contractors);
– Cooperating with martech team, making sure we have the right tools and inventory to set up, scale, optimize programmatic campaigns and making them as cost-effective;
– Executing digital brand activations campaigns with media partners;
– Providing inventory forecasts, optimization suggestions, and regular campaign reporting.
– Planning traffic buys and monthly performance results to set and achieve quarterly goals.
Essential professional experience:
– 1+ years of experience working in media buying;
– Strong data analytics skills and attentiveness;
– Knowledge of brand awareness metrics and how to track, analyze them;
– Knowledge of how to evaluate cost-effectiveness of brand awareness campaigns;
– Understanding of RTB ecosystem, algorithms, and media buying strategies;
– English upper-intermediate or higher.
Desirable skills and personal features:
– Work experience on product-side or experience with agency+product side;
– Knowledge of DV360 and other platforms;
– Experience in awareness/brand activations digital campaigns brainstorm, organization, and execution, creation of programmatic strategy and execution;
– Willingness to learn;
– Creativity in new flows/funnels/ways of cooperation.
