We invite those who fired up to: 

  • Gather and document requirements from multiple stakeholders;
  • Write user stories and epics, defining acceptance criteria, create flow diagrams;
  • Specify documents of requirements and support them using alternative views (user stories, defining acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototypes, scenarios);
  • Support development and product teams in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests;
  • Work with the design team to create UI/UX for features;
  • Detect cross-team dependencies, work with other Product Owners and Technical teams;
  • Prepare user guides, solution documentation.

Essential professional experience:

  • 2 + years of experience in system or business analysis;
  • Experience with key BA technics (interview, workshop, document analysis, estimation, mind mapping, etc.);
  • Experience in drawing UML, BPMN, Flow diagrams;
  • Experience in writing technical documentation: BRD/BRS, User Story/Use Case and etc.;
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills;
  • Technical background (a computer science degree or experience in software development);
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Issue tracking and documents administration tools: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA;
  • Product backlog management and other Agile (scrum) activities in the role of a PO;
  • Knowledge of several business domains (CRM, Marketing, Data Mining, and reporting projects);
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem solving skills;
  • Experience in gambling/fintech will be a plus.
