— Enforcement of policies and procedures across department;
— Dev team representation and advocating on different stakeholders meetings;
— Responsible for building work and delivery processes in the team.
Essential professional experience:
— At least 2 years experience in managing software development projects;
— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;
— High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
— Ability to lead 3-5+ projects simultaneously and keep up-to-date status on all of them;
— Understanding of change and risk management;
— Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban;
— Hands-on experience using task tracking systems, ideally Jira;
— Solid soft skills are a must;
— Expectation management;
— Be able to take ownership;
— Ability to build and optimize work processes.
— Software development experience;
— Product Management experience.
