Essential professional experience:

  • Advanced English (fluency in speaking, and business correspondence literacy are must-haves);
  • At least 1-year experience in managing software development projects;
  • Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;
  • High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
  • Ability to lead 3-5+ projects simultaneously and keep up-to-date status on all of them;
  • Understanding of change and risk management;
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum;
  • Hands-on experience using task tracking systems, ideally Jira;
  • Solid soft skills are a must.
