— Recruiting and staffing (make sure developers team has appropriate skills to meet business needs).
Essential professional experience:
— 2+ years of IT project management (running development projects and teams in the role of Project Manager);
— Experience in software development as a developer, QA, team lead, and/or team manager (will be a plus);
— Proven ability to manage teams of 15+ people and deliver multiple projects;
— Advanced skills in using project support/monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
— Understanding of change and risk management;
— Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum;
— Passion in building an efficient, reliable and motivated team.
— Experience with high-load system;
— Experience with leading/managing back-end teams.
