  • Provide requirements analysis and processing;
  • Maintain and update testing documentation for backend services;
  • Create test cases/checklists and other types of test documentations creating/maintaining;
  • Perform feature and regression testing on different stages starting from business request to full-scale production rollout;
  • Analyze reasons for failed test and report issues/to take corrective actions;
  • Participate in improvements of the processes to increase the quality of the product and performance of the team.

Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of manual testing experience;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Understanding of client-server architecture and backend testing experience;
  • Experience in web and backend testing;
  • Experience with browser Dev Tools;
  • Experience with REST API testing;
  • Experience with Postman or any other REST client tools;
  • Knowledge of testing theory, approaches, etc;
  • Experience in creating test artifacts (reports, manuals, checklists, test cases);
  • Experience with Jira and TestRail systems (or similar).
