— Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates (sometimes including our international locations);
— Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team;
— Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media;
— Enlarge and manage candidates’ database;
— Work out recruitment strategy and optimization plan to make sure the hiring process is efficient and smooth for candidates and the Company;
— Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis;
— Research and benchmark Ukraine Tech market and industry trends;
— Work closely with the Company’s in-house recruiter and provide professional mentoring and support;
— Participatе in common projects of the HR Team.
Essential professional experience:
— 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies;
— Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools;
— Good spoken and written business English skills;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Team-orientated approach to your work;
— Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines;
— Experience of team members mentoring or leading will be a plus.
