Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation and organization of the office;
  • Supervise and manage of support staff – housekeeper
  • Implement Office Procurement process, guest management, coordination with the driver
  • Organize and implement office maintenance process & communication with LL regarding maintenance issues
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in an Administration, Office Management and/or PA role.
  • Fluency in Russian, Greek and English languages is preferable 
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
