Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Handling all administrative tasks, keeping paperwork organized
  • Ordering stationery and furniture, managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary
  • Managing office budgets/Tracking budget expenses
  • Perform receptionist duties: welcoming visitors, answer and direct phone calls. 
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, food providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Dealing with food orders for the employees 
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries 
  • Managing cleaning staff/Supply management/Service management 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Office Assistant, Office Manager etc.)
  • Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and English language. Greek language on the level of B1.
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness in paperwork
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, willingness to work at a fast pace
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Assisting all related tasks and day-to-day operations regarding office
  • Sociability and openness, the desire to communicate a lot with people on a daily basis 
  • Computer literacy
