  • Develop and lead offline acquisition marketing strategy;
  • Manage the process of media buying in TV, Radio and OOH together with the team of offline media buying;
  • Set annual, quarterly and monthly plans;
  • Manage and mentor offline acquisition team;
  • Negotiate with partners regarding placement positions, budgets and prices;
  • Build strategic relationships with every partner;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of media buying and actual execution;
  • Make analysis of each offline acquisition channel;
  • Provide market and category analysis in offline media;
  • Align the media mix with other acquisition channels.


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in offline media;
  • Working experience in an agency (preferable);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of managing a team;
  • Strong skills in offline media analytics;
  • Strong negotiation skills.
