— Develop and lead offline acquisition marketing strategy;
— Manage the process of media buying in TV, Radio and OOH together with the team of offline media buying;
— Set annual, quarterly and monthly plans;
— Manage and mentor offline acquisition team;
— Negotiate with partners regarding placement positions, budgets and prices;
— Build strategic relationships with every partner;
—Monitor the effectiveness of media buying and actual execution;
— Make analysis of each offline acquisition channel;
— Provide market and category analysis in offline media;
— Align the media mix with other acquisition channels.
— Minimum of 5 years experience in offline media;
— Working experience in an agency (preferable);
— Minimum 2 years of experience of managing a team;
— Strong skills in offline media analytics;
— Strong negotiation skills.
