PMI is a service company, engaged in the development and implementation of the expansion strategy for Parimatch brand in the markets of Africa, Asia and Latin America. The company provides tech, marketing and communications services for partners in the betting and gambling industry.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Be involved in business and manage all administrative tasks for CEO;
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars;
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, make follow ups/reminders;
  • Help with daily time management;
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation;
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements;
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters;
  • All administrative and operational support within business day.

Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a PA to C-level in international company;
  • Experience in IT/gaming/e-commerce will be a big plus;
  • Tech-savvy;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, email programs;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Strong time-management and organisation skills.
