  • Lead platform product team operations and planning process;
  • Responsibility for main product features(Reg, Login,Account, KYC,Support Tools);
  • Create, polish, and implement product vision into actions;
  • Feel customers’ needs/voices via the setup of a full specter of processes;
  • Be in communication with the support department to improve Support Tools;
  • Analyze and systemize customer-oriented approach in the product;
  • Adapt the product to the needs of the user.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3.5 + years of experience in Product Management;
  • Professional in product management processes (scoping, planning, budgeting);
  • Proficient in people management and team development;
  • Experience working with parts of the product (Reg, Login, Account, KYC, Support Tools);
  • Experience with analytical tools (hands-on experience with BI tools);
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level.
