We invite those who fired up to:

  • Working with all financial and document flow of the department (budget, payments, reporting);
  • Administrative supporting of the department;
  • Assisting in organizing communications and networking events (internal and external);
  • Managing calendars and appointments;
  • Managing of department tools (subscriptions, paid software, etc.);
  • Reporting;
  • Creating of a base of contractors (freelancers, merch, video production, media placements, etc.);
  • Researching for information, creating of databases, regular updating;
  • Taking a part in creation of merch production;
  • Working with monitoring services;
  • Working with content (website, corporate portal);
  • Mechanical distributing of press materials (email, Cision, BusinessWire, etc.).

 

Essential professional experience:

  • Administrative background;
  • Experience working with documents, budgets, reports;
  • Knowledge of 1C;
  • Level of English Upper-Intermediate;
  • Good research skills.
