Parimatch Tech is an international product company that develops and provides tech and marketing solutions for the Gaming & Entertainment industry. Headquartered in Cyprus and operating globally, the company has R&D centers located in four countries, the largest of which is in Ukraine. 

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated recruitment Administrator to help facilitate the company’s hiring process. In this role, you’ll support the company’s talent department with recruitment duties and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be a continuous learner, capable of working competently with data and processes in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for communicating with Hiring Managers and the recruitment team and will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.

You will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment administration function and strive to be an ambassador for Parimatch tech brand at every interaction.

Your challenges:

— Posting job requisitions as per agreed sourcing methodology across internal and external systems;
— Ensuring all information is accurately reflected and all Recruitment documentation;
— Managing and updating the Recruitment database with different information;
— Revising Recruitment policy;
— Assisting with referral program payments (internal and external);
— Helping in payroll management, preparation, and payment;
— Liaising with external partners, like recruitment agencies;
— Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties.

Essential professional experience:

— Proven experience as Recruitment Administrator or another recruiting-related role;
— Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
— Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding);
— Experience in using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting;
— Great attention to details;
— Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
