  • Handle emails and telephone calls with service suppliers, negotiate discrepancies to ensure quality standards;
  • Consult employees on the relocation arrangement process;
  • Manage ad-hoc requests;
  • Participate in other projects of the Admin Department.

Essential professional experience:

  • Knowledge of local legislation on the relocation;
  • Own the process of obtaining a visa, tax regulations;
  • Upper intermediate+ English level;
  • Czech and/or Russian language will be a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented approach;
  • Attention to details;
  • Stress resistance person;
  • Flexible and responsible.
