We invite those who fired up to:

  • Managing a high quality end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles;
  • Creating an effective advertising program strategy with hiring managers to source, attract and retain new hires;
  • Developing strong and effective relationships with the hiring managers and stakeholders in order to identify, attract and select the best candidates for the open roles and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external executive search agencies;
  • Proposes and implements ongoing improvements to the recruitment process;
  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition Team and HR specialists team on ATS system (we use Greenhouse) implementation and upgrades;
  • Regular tracking of hiring metrics (time to fill, time to hire, source of hire, etc).

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter (you will work with all the departments and streams);
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like competency-based interviews);
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
  • Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
