We invite those who fired up to:

  • Lead the product design team;
  • Maintain the components, UI patterns for design system and component library for current and new solutions;
  • Advocate User Experience and Design system with designers, engineers, and stakeholders;
  • Tight work together with the Product team on roadmap implementation;
  • Lead UX researchers on the market(presented competitors products).

 

Essential professional experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience working as UI/UX Product Designer overall and 1+ years in a Lead position;
  • Usability first approach;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Product-oriented vision via problem solution approach;
  • English level (B1);
  • Experience with building a Design System and Component-based designs;
  • Ability to design an adaptive interface based on different personas;
  • Excellent communication skills.
