Work schedule:
Shift 1/1, 2/2 or 3/3 for 12 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (time can be edited);
Mandatory training at the beginning of work – 2 weeks on the schedule of 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Communicating with VIP clients through various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming/outgoing calls, online chats and e-mail;
  • Analyzing of customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, searching for opportunities to improve customer experience;
  • Analyzing customer profiles and creating an activation plan for each individual customer;
  • Making a daily analysis of the client’s activity and reactivation;
  • Working with wins/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
  • Working on increasing the number of deposits/turnover of VIP clients;
  • Dealing with failed deposits/withdrawals;
  • Working on group and individual indicators.

Essential professional experience:

  • Has work experience in the field of sales/interaction with clients from 1 year;
  • Fluent in English Upper-Intermediate (B2), Ukrainian and Russian languages;
  • Able to handle a large number of tasks;
  • Knows the process of successful interaction with the client;
  • Able to patiently and actively listen to the client;
  • Proficient in PC (Word, Excel and other programs).

  • Sociability and independence;
  • Attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking.
